September TBR

Happy September book friends! Still no letter from Hogwarts, but I’m so ready to be done with summer months. My fall TBR is pretty crazy and with all these fantastic new releases, I’m really going to try and catch up on some serious reading this month.  My TBR pile this month is a bunch of ARCs I need to read, as well as the beginning of my Throne of Glass reread in time Kingdom of Ash next month! That being said, I have my top 10 TBR pile for September.

I really enjoyed Warcross and I won an ARC of Warcross from Goodreads so this is on the top of the list!
→ For a Muse of Fire- Heidi Heilig
Release date: September 25
This year I’ve been reading a lot of #ownvoices books and I’m excited to finally get to Heidi’s book.
→ The Lantern’s Ember- Colleen Houck
Release Date: September 18
Okay I love the idea of Jack-O’Lantern being a person. This book looks so dark and interesting. Magic, dark fantasy, vampires. This looks like this will be a fun read.
→ Muse of Nightmares- Laini Taylor
Release Date: October 2
Listen. My goal for the month of September is to finish Strange the Dreamer and then get to Muse of Nightmares. I’ve written it down in a all my planners and on my phone, I will do this. I just want to get to Muse of Nightmares
→ Strange Grace- Tessa Gratton
Release Date: September 25
“Once, a witch made a pact with a devil.” Sold. Sign me up. I’m ready to devour Strange Grace and fall in love with this beautiful book!
→The Wicked Saints- Emily A. Duncan
Release Date: April 2,2019
This book doesn’t come out until next April, but I was so happy and excited to receive an ARC from Netgalley that I just had to add it to my TBR for the month. Joan of Arc is one of my favorite persons in history, so this is one of my top reads for 2019
→The Dark Descent of Elizabeth Frankenstein- Kiersten White
Release Date: September 25
My friend read The Dark Descent and she absolutely loved it, so I can’t wait to read something like this. Mary Shelley is my favorite people.
→To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before- Jenny Han
Listen, I love the movie.  So I’m ready to get into the books. Peter Kavinsky is my life.
→The Grim Lovelies- Megan Shepherd
Release Date: October 2
Magic in Contemporary Paris. I’m ready!
Okay, Those are my top 10 reads for September. I’m going to try for more but definitely going to read these this month. I hope everyone has an awesome month of reading!
